- The products sold by PRINTIFLY are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns.
- However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process the order may be eligible for a refund.
- You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged, you may contact our Support team for help in resolving the issue by email at email@example.com. Include your order number, contact information, and proof of the defects/damage. Issues must be raised within 2 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).
- Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for a refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.
- If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
- If you haven’t registered an account on our website and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
- Printifly does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer
- We advise our end customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to request returns or size exchanges, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a product in another size.
- Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, PRINTIFLY will need formal notification in writing to the company’s email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The client will then be invoiced for all work completed that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days.
- Any cancellation, which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by PRINTIFLY within 14 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
- Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns and refunds as a result of errors made by you, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
